Full Commercial Freedom: This license explicitly grants you the legal right to use your deployed SuperAudit platform to service clients, package audits as client deliverables, sell recurring audit subscriptions, and bill customers under your own company name. You keep 100% of all client billing with zero royalties owed to SuperAudit.

1. Intended Use Cases Covered by This License

This schedule provides unambiguous commercial protection for the following business models:

Digital Marketing & SEO Agencies: Running automated diagnostic scans on prospective client websites as a high-converting lead magnet, or bundling monthly audit monitoring into ongoing client retainers (e.g. charging ₹15,000 to ₹50,000/month).
Independent Freelancers & Consultants: Generating automated 20-page white-label PDF audit reports in 60 seconds to sell as standalone audits or UX reviews.
AI SaaS Startup Founders: Charging monthly or annual self-serve subscriptions (e.g. ₹2,999/mo) directly to website owners, e-commerce stores, and businesses worldwide.
Micro-PE & Portfolio Operators: Operating multiple branded audit properties under dedicated domains to monetize existing audience traffic.

2. White-Label Branding & Client Deliverables

Under this license, all references to “SuperAudit” can be completely removed from customer-facing interfaces:

Custom Domain: The app runs under your domain (e.g. audit.youragency.com or your custom startup brand).
PDF Client Reports: All exported client audit reports display your company logo, support email, and brand colors on every page.
Customer Emails: Automated client report notifications are sent from your authenticated custom email domain (via Resend/Postmark).

3. Revenue Retention & Pricing Autonomy

You hold total financial and pricing independence:

100% Direct Payouts: Customer payments process through your own Payment Gateways merchant account, depositing directly into your business bank account.
0% Commission: SuperAudit charges zero percentage cut, zero transaction royalty, and zero annual renewal license fees.
Flexible Pricing Freedom: You set your own prices—whether one-time audit fees, monthly subscriptions, tier packages, or enterprise retainers.

4. Unlimited End Clients & Audits

There are no arbitrary seat limits or client quotas imposed by SuperAudit. Your platform can run as many audits and onboard as many clients as your cloud server VPS can handle. You pay wholesale server and AI token costs directly to your chosen hosting provider and LLM vendor with zero intermediary markup.

5. Sole Restriction: No Raw Source Code Resale

While you have unlimited commercial rights to sell audit services, software subscriptions, and reports to end customers, you may not take the raw codebase and resell it as a competing "pre-packaged AI website audit software setup kit" to other aspiring software founders.
