Clear Deployment & Milestone Structure: We hold our engineering team to strict delivery standards. Setup can take up to 30 days due to technical schedules, engineering queues, and custom integrations. Payments follow a transparent 4-stage milestone structure (10% / 40% / 30% / 20%). Once customized deployment is uploaded to your environment, setup costs are non-refundable, backed by our 30-day technical bug fixing warranty post-handover.

1. One-Time Investment Model Overview

Unlike recurring subscription SaaS tools where buyers pay a monthly fee and can cancel anytime, SuperAudit provides custom bespoke software engineering, private cloud architecture setup, and white-label customization. Our milestone structure and refund policy reflect this custom engineering commitment.

2. Milestone-Based Payment Structure

To ensure complete transparency and mutual alignment throughout the engineering process, our setup investment follows a structured 4-stage milestone schedule:

Milestone 1 — 10% Upfront Reservation: Secures your deployment slot and initiates architectural scoping. Fully refundable within 48 hours of reservation prior to engineering kickoff; once scoping is finalized and server credentials are provided, this deposit becomes non-refundable to cover dedicated developer allocation.
Milestone 2 — 40% Customized Deployment Upload: Due once your custom branded codebase and core audit engine are successfully compiled, configured, and uploaded to your private cloud server environment.
Milestone 3 — 30% Complete Integrations: Due when all secondary configurations are completed, including Payment Gateways integration, email automation workflows, and AI API provider connectivity.
Milestone 4 — 20% Final Handover & Acceptance: Due once end-to-end testing, live technical orientation walkthrough, and transfer of full administrative and server controls are completed.

3. Delivery Timeline & Technical Schedules

Setup can take up to 30 days due to technical schedules, private server provisioning, DNS propagation, and custom integration queues. We begin development immediately upon receiving your branding assets, Payment Gateways merchant credentials, and server access.

Timeline calculations exclude third-party vendor review windows (such as Payment Gateways business verification, merchant banking approvals, or external domain registry propagation), which operate on their respective provider timelines.

4. Handover & Non-Refundability Policy

Upon completion of the setup, a formal technical orientation walkthrough is conducted to verify:

The platform is live on your custom domain with valid SSL encryption.
Your Payment Gateways account successfully processes live and test customer transactions.
AI diagnostic engines execute automated scans and output branded PDF audit reports.
Email notification triggers and administrative console credentials are fully functioning.
All database logins, API keys, and private server control are securely transferred to your possession.

Important Policy Note: Because bespoke software source code, proprietary system configurations, and dedicated engineering labor are delivered directly onto your private infrastructure, once customized deployment is uploaded to your environment, setup costs are strictly non-refundable.

5. 30-Day Technical Bug Fixing Warranty

To ensure your peace of mind and operational stability, your investment includes a dedicated 30-day bug fixing warranty starting from the final handover date.

If any functional bug, system defect, or server configuration issue arises during this 30-day period, our engineering team will diagnose, patch, and resolve it with priority turnaround at zero additional cost.
The warranty covers all core platform features, audit generation workflows, Payment Gateways webhooks, and email automation pipelines included in your agreed scope.
